A Local Photographer with National Goals
RYAN HOLDEN
Ryan Holden is a sports and real estate photographer in his mid twenties with years of experience behind the lens and the founder of RCH Photography. Ryan specializes in capturing high-impact moments across NCAA Division I athletics- having covered D-1 athletics at more than 50 institutions. During his time as a student at Quinnipiac University, he covered the Bobcats extensively, including at more than 12 conference championships and NCAA championships.
His work is driven by a commitment to authenticity and focuses on storytelling through emotion and intensity— capturing not just what happened, but how it felt.
Education
Ryan is a two time alumnus of Quinnipiac University’s School of Business, where he earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Science along with a double major Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Finance and Business Analytics.
Although Ryan's degrees are in the Business field, during his time at Quinnipiac he focused on covering Quinnipiac athletics both at home and on the road along with additional sports media endeavors. He was also in leadership roles in Greek life and 3 student organizations, accompanied by general membership in 4 additional student organizations. He interned for 3 professional sports organizations during his graduate years and was a Graduate Assistant for Quinnipiac Athletics.
Quinnipiac Bobcats Sports Network
From August 2023 to May 2026, Ryan was a Photographer and contributor for the Quinnipiac Bobcats Sports Network- covering all 16 teams that hold their home games on the Quinnipiac University campuses in the process. His work was displayed throughout the QBSN magazine over the last several years- notably gracing the cover in the Fall 2023 and Fall 2024 issues. Ryan's work was also regularly shown by QBSN and Q30TV for various other uses including the QBSN website, QBSN social media graphics, and Q30 show graphics

Additional Sports Media Work
Holden served as a Photography Intern for the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) during the 2025-26 season. He was assigned to cover the Norwich Sea Captains season on behalf of the league. His photos can be seen across NA3HL and Sea Captains digital platforms.
Ryan covered the 2026 ECAC Men's Ice Hockey Championship at historic Herb Brooks Arena and Olympic Center in Lake Placid, NY. He also covered the 2026 ECAC Women's Ice Hockey Quarterfinals between Quinnipiac and Brown.
Ryan has covered a game at every member institution of the MAAC, ECAC Hockey Conference, Ivy League, and at every Division 1 member in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island followed by every NCAA member in Connecticut.
